You will need:
500g of mascarpone cream cheese,
Biscuit or 1 pack of Savoyardi 300g ,
6 eggs,
1/2 cup powdered sugar,
400 ml strong coffee,
2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of amaretto liqueur,
cocoa powder for decoration on top .
Preparation:
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the yolks with the powdered sugar so that they become milky yellow, add the mascarpone cheese and knead. Whisk the egg whites to a stiff foam, add to the cheese and egg yolk mixture and mix. Add liqueur to coffee and soak “sticks” of Savoyardi cookies. Place in the mould one layer of soaked cookies, top with a layer of cream, sprinkle with a layer of cocoa, then another layer of cookies and another layer of cream. The last layer to be added is the cream. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top. Place in fridge for a few hours.
Before serving, you can decorate the dessert with your favorite fruits or berries.
