The dry vacuum uses a unique filtration system, including water wall, cyclonic water filtration system, and a washable HEPA filter output.

In the innovative water filtration system, the highest filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles less than 0.3 μm is achieved by passing the dust particles through a wall of water and then shaking them vigorously with the water droplets that are in suspension.

All dust and dirt particles settle in the water at the bottom of the container, and the cleaned and humidified air escapes – leaving the room with a refreshing ambience.

The patented water filtration system delivers consistent suction power throughout the entire cleaning cycle, which greatly improves quality and reduces the time it takes to clean.

The Thomas Filter is different!

German engineers have taken a completely new, revolutionary way to create a filtration system. Conventional vacuum cleaners for dry vacuuming have to increase the power and complicate the filter system of which there are more and more, and their cost is getting higher . The user is forced to purchase expensive filters and dust bags on a regular basis.

Thomas vacuums have a patented aqua filter that’s radically different from anything else on the market. It is very important to note: the dusty air in Thomas vacuum cleaners does not pass through water, because passing the dusty air through water, which is the method most often used in the so-called “aquafilters” by other manufacturers, does not provide the necessary degree of cleaning only large debris is retained . The Thomas aqua filter moves the dust-contaminated air through four cleaning stages.

The first stage is a water wall. Four nozzles pointing at each other, delivering jets of water. Dust entering the vacuum gets wet, becomes heavy, coarse and settles in the water. But there is still the finest and most allergenic dust that has not yet increased sufficiently in size and weight.

That is why Thomas vacuum cleaners with aqua filters have the highest degree of filtration. Then the developers installed a HEPA-filter, which starts to work when the coarse filter gets clogged, which happens if it is not washed from time to time.

Another pride of Thomas is the innovative technology used in the washing mode. They allow you to clean carpets and rugs up to full pile, as well as hard floors, walls and windows with only clean water. Hygiene-Bag system

Hygiene-Bag – a patented and innovative hygienic dry-cleaning system.

This novelty allows to use such advantages of the bag filtration system, as simplicity and constant readiness of the vacuum cleaner to work, without inhalation and contact with dust and debris.

If it is necessary to vacuum something urgently, the Hygiene-Bag system is installed, and then, when it is time for more qualitative cleaning dry with an aqua-filter or wet , it is necessary to take out the Hygiene-Bag container, close the inlet opening and stow the container in the cabinet.

It doesn’t get dusty because it is sealed, and it doesn’t get damp because it is not airtight: the air passes through the carbon filter in the container. When it’s time to clean up again, you can put the Hygiene-Bag back in, and your vacuum cleaner will be ready to go.

Thanks to this system the consumer can choose any mode of operation: dry cleaning with bags – the so-called “ambulance”, dry cleaning with an aquafilter for a voluminous room cleaning or wet cleaning down to the base of the pile and only clean water. All three Thomas modes are highly hygienic.

In addition, the system Hygiene-Bag allows you to dispose of a bag of dust without touching it – just click on the latch and it will fly into the trash. This is important for allergy sufferers, who better not come into contact with dust in any form.
