Turbo X5 Z is a new smartphone, yet unknown to the consumer. Do you need any other reasons to write a review of this device? I think the answer is obvious. Below I will give some useful and hopefully interesting information about this product of modern technology. Of course, smartphones are a dime a dozen on the market right now, and at first glance the Turbo X5 Z might seem unremarkable. My position on this issue is this – at a certain point, a person is simply tired to look and begins to choose more eyes, not mind. Does the Turbo X5 Z have a trump card in this sense? I think there is.
The smartphone is neatly made – no “mischievous” Chinese or Korean do not wait from it, in spirit it is rather strict corporate Japanese. In short, against a business suit smartphone will look great, and in everyday situations will be able to “light a cigarette” Sams not the first freshness and other Huawei ..
What I find particularly annoying in recent low-cost smartphones is the abundance of glossy plastic on their cases. The more I was glad of the non-slip, soft body, which is almost no signs of fingerprints and other traces of use… A pity, though, matte screens that do not show “fingers” have not yet been invented, and t.. Oleophobic coating unfortunately there is no.
The keys on the smartphone is the most common, when you work with them – nothing to think about, and therefore they are all good. The same applies to the touch keys. The delivery set is not outstanding, but it can not be called ascetic – on the contrary, Turbo X5 Z is generously equipped, but not without a couple of flaws.
Let’s go down the list – the first accessory is listed as a case. The material of the cover is good, it has a functional window, through which you can see some useful information. If you open the case, the smartphone wakes up by itself, which is quite convenient. But how to disable this feature and whether it is possible to? I could not find an accelerometer, so if you need it – take it into account. Another useful feature – the window cover allows you to receive or reject feedback the touchscreen works through the window , and to speak, you can not even open the cover. Convenient!
The flaw here is in the attachment. This is not a cradle and not even a silicone case which is glued to the case – here you have to glue the smartphone itself to the case.
Next are two batteries, to which I have no special claims, but their capacity for the device seems insufficient. The man is an animal – he is always not enough. Next is the protective film. The device has two of them and one of them is already glued to the phone, but not perfectly glued, which is my observation – I had to smooth out a couple of small bubbles.
Otherwise, no complaints to the kit – no one expects miracles from the ears, and wire chargers are normal. The assembly, too, I can praise, t.to. No squeaks or backlashes. About the stroke of the buttons have already written, magnetic fastener on the case is decent, and soon enough you forget about the velcro, so that the drawbacks are leveled.
Now – to the metal. Here’s what the smartphone has inside:

As we see, the gut of the phone is built around a system-on-a-chip MTK6582. The processor Cortex A7 has four cores and runs at a frequency of 1300 MHz. The role of graphics chip is tested by fire, water and copper pipes Mali 400 – I’m afraid to imagine how many devices are equipped with such chips. One thing is certain – in terms of compatibility, gaming applications behave most predictably with this chip, and predictably in a good way. However, we will consider the games below.
Let’s focus on the display. The screen Turbo X5 Z runs at a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, which these days is not very much, I would even say a minimum, below which the budget apparatus should not stoop. At least not a smartphone for ~9000 RUR.
But more about the capabilities of the screen. Note the excellent viewing angles. If you look at the smartphone from below and from above, you can see that the color palette is distorted minimally, there is only a slight darkening if you look closely . The screen shows a little light when you look at it from above and below, but the image for the eyes is still comfortable, so I would definitely include the viewing angles to the strengths of Turbo X5 Z.
Android 4.2.2 I think is familiar to one and all – this is the kind of Windows XP of its time. It plays everything, is not pretentious and is very usable. Here it is, by the way, somewhat redrawn, each icon is added to the frame with rounded corners in the manner of iOS. Some icons it goes more, some less, but on the whole the operating system gives a better combed look.

Bottom line
We have a device filled with “proven” solutions that complement each other quite well. The Turbo X5 Z has no obvious weaknesses, and all the advantages – it’s just a good universal Android device, which is suitable for most modern tasks and even offers additional features such as NFC or Miracast.
With these options, the owner of a smartphone will always have that “place above your head”, the functions that you try not at once and begin to use and appreciate only at a certain point, when exactly they are needed.
Appearance – 5
Assembly – 4.5
Features – 4
Performance – 4.5
Display – 4.5
Battery life – 5
We can recommend this device for those who have set the ceiling at 9 thousand Dollars, and want a pretty decent performance, which does not perform miracles, but allows you to use the potential and capabilities of andryushi without any limits.
Turbo X5 Z will also appeal to all who gave up on any “headphones” with a diagonal more than 5 inches, because from an ergonomic point of view, this device is one of the best that I had the chance to hold lately.
Would the Turbo X5 Z smartphone be a suitable choice for users who prefer larger screens over 5 inches, or does it have other significant features that make it appealing to a wider audience?
Can the Turbo X5 Z smartphone actually provide a better user experience for those who prefer smaller screen size, or is it sacrificing functionality for the sake of compactness?
