August 22, 2012. Nikon announces the COOLPIX P7700, an amazingly compact camera for perfectionists. The P7700 is perfect for capturing beautifully bokeh photographs and comes with a 7.1x optical zoom f/2.0-4.0 NIKKOR lens, a 12 megapixel 15mm 1/1.7 inch CMOS sensor with backlight and a lens shift vibration suppression system. It supports shooting Full HD movies and saving images in RAW format, and features a 7.5 cm 3.0 inch LCD monitor with a variable angle of inclination.
