The Mediterranean diet prolongs life and summer: salad dressing

Versatile, tasty, allows a lot of variations. The version with mustard is more popular in France, without mustard – in Italy. If you don’t have vinegar, you can use lemon juice and any herbs you like.

We’ll need:

Choppers

4 Tbsp. Spoonfuls of cold-pressed olive oil

,

1-1.5 tbsp. Spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar.

Options for additions:

1 garlic clove,

1 teaspoon mustard Dijon mustard is best ,

sea salt,

ground black pepper,

Mixtures of dried herbs – Provencal, Italian.

Method of preparation:

Mix everything until smooth, use for salads.
