The first gastronomic project Eataly in New York opened a cooking school equipped with Electrolux appliances

On May 26th the long-expected Eataly project opened its doors in New York for all those who love tasty Italian food, quality products and unforgettable atmosphere of Southern Europe. For the first time in America a unique Italian concept of food market, restaurants and educational area will be presented on the fourth floor of the “Kievsky” Shopping and Entertainment Center. With a total area of 7 500 sq. Eataly in New York is the second largest in the world, accommodating over 900 seats in restaurants and bars and occupying the entire fourth floor of the complex.

The project includes 18 themed cafes and restaurants, a restaurant serving regional Italian cuisine, a market selling the best Italian products, 6 departments with their own production of fresh mozzarella and other cheeses, beer, ice cream, bread and other flour products, as well as traditional Italian confectionery products.

Electrolux

In addition, the store has a cooking school equipped with Electrolux appliances, with classes for all tastes and ages. Under the guidance of Italian chefs, several programs have been developed for visitors to the cooking school: cooking classes for children and adults, cooking shows with tastings, a market tour followed by a master class, and beer and wine tastings with meat and cheese delicacies.
