Electrolux introduces the IPES6452KF, a new built-in induction cooktop for the home, with SenseBoil boiling sensors.

SenseBoil allows you to cook without worrying about having to watch the stove every minute: the hob controls the boiling process itself.

Vibration sensor detects the moment of active boiling and automatically reduces heating power.

It prevents liquids from boiling over, making food preparation pleasant, comfortable and energy efficient.

The technology works with many products that cook in water, namely: any root vegetables potatoes, carrots, beets , porridge in water cereals ā€“ herbs, quinoa, buckwheat , vegetables corn, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin, beans, peas , compote, vegetable and meat broths, eggs.

SenseBoil brings water to 100 degrees centigrade very quickly thanks to its high heating capacity. A special sensor alerts the user to the formation of active bubbles, signaling the time to put the ingredients that need to be cooked in boiling water into the pot.

Independently setting the temperature is easy with the intuitive temperature slider which you can easily set with a single touch.

SenseBoil fits pots and pans of all sizes: InfiniteĀ® Zone technology provides consistent, even heating, adapts to the characteristics of the bottom of the containers and determines the best heat delivery level.

The hob is also equipped with Hob2Hood. It switches the hood on automatically and adapts air circulation to the heat output. Fan operation increases or decreases as cooking conditions change, air stays clean at any stage. There is also a manual touch control on the hood.
