The right holes in the filter extract the maximum flavor

A coffee machine’s filter design influences how aromatic the beverage is. The position of the holes in the filter defines the path of the water and the duration of its contact with the ground coffee.

Most of the holes in the VeroBar are placed in the center of the filter, allowing water to remain in contact with the coffee for longer and extract maximum aroma.

The unique shape of the piston ensures that the ground coffee is always perfectly pulverized, no matter how much is spent. The AromaPro Concept brewing technology guarantees a perfect aroma and a rich crema in every coffee.

For the coffee to develop its full flavor, it needs to be brewed at a constant temperature of 90-95°C. With this in mind, the engineers at Bosch have equipped the new VeroBar with the SensoFlow System for brewing temperature control.

Equipped with temperature sensors, the flow heater heats the water to an optimal temperature in record time and keeps it constant during the brewing process for full aroma extraction.

Those who think that good coffee is strong will certainly appreciate the new AromaDoubleShot function. It allows the VeroBar to offer two extra levels of coffee strength, besides the traditional “delicate”, “medium” and “strong”.

The device performs two grinds and two brews, limiting the time of contact between water and coffee and thus preventing the extraction of bitter substances. The result is a strong drink with no bitter taste!

Another specialty of the VeroBar is the variable portion size. Standard portion sizes “medium”, “small” and “large” can now be adjusted up or down depending on your individual preferences.

One-touch thick foam

Few people can resist thick, fine crema latte or cappuccino. With the VeroBar coffee machine it won’t be a problem to prepare these delicious drinks. At the touch of a button, the automatic cappuccinator turns milk and pressurized, hot steam into an ideal froth without having to move the glass! Another nice detail – thanks to the movable cappuccinator with VeroBar you can use cups up to 15 cm high.

And water is always fresh!

Pre-soaking of coffee powder leads to better extraction of extractive substances. Single portion cleaning function automatically removes stagnant water from the water supply tubes, so that every time you brew a new cup of coffee, you always use fresh water. A coffee grinder with ceramic millstones and additional soundproofing guarantees an extremely low noise level of the coffee machine. Finally, the text and graphic LCD display in American is responsible for the user friendliness of the device.
