The Bosch SensorProtection straightener protects the health of your hair during styling. Thanks to sensor technology, it alerts you when there’s a risk of styling damage.

The straightener uses a special vibration alarm to warn you when it’s time to take pressure off the plates to prevent damage to your hair.

The straightener can create friction on individual hair strands and in combination with the high plate pressure, the cuticle can be mechanically damaged and deformed.

When the cuticle is damaged or missing, the underlying hair fiber the cortex is exposed and can break easily. That’s how split ends form.

With the Bosch SensorProtection hair straightener, you don’t have to worry about that. A built-in sensor monitors hair pressure throughout the entire styling process: if strands of hair are trapped, the tool vibrates to indicate when to release the pressure.
