Ingredients:

Beat 4 eggs, separate egg whites from yolks ½ cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 300 ml cream 1/3 cup chocolate chips 1/3 cup chopped nuts 1/3 cup chopped fruit.

Cooking:

A whisk attachment is recommended for cooking.

Whisk egg whites in the whisk mode until a firm, thick froth forms. Gradually add &frac14 With powdered sugar cup, mix well until dissolved, put it in a separate bowl and set aside.

In Whisk mode, whisk egg yolks, remaining &frac14 Cup sugar and vanilla essence until a solid, light-colored mixture is formed. Gently introduce the egg yolk mixture into the whites. Whip the cream in the whipping mode until it thickens. Add chocolate chips, nuts and fruit to the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a 30cm long mold covered with baking paper, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours until firm. Place the ice cream on a serving plate by placing a warm towel on the outside of the mold for a few minutes. Serve garnished with whipped cream and fruit.
