Thai soup in a Panasonic multicooker

You will need:

Multicooker

You need: 1/2 cup Thai Jasmine rice,

150 g shrimps,

200g crabmeat or chopsticks ,

1 onion,

300g mushrooms,

60g soy sauce,

1 sweet bell pepper,

2 ch.tbsp sea salt,

ground pepper,

herbs. 2 multicup water,

500 ml coconut milk.

Preparation:

Cook the rice in water with the addition of a whole onion in the Steam mode for 10 minutes, remove the onion, add chopped mushrooms, peppers, crab meat and whole peeled shrimp, stir.

Add coconut milk, spices and soy sauce, cook for another 10 minutes. Let the soup rest for 20 minutes in the “Boil” mode. Serve with fresh herbs.
