Test the Panasonic ES-ED94-s 7-in-1 epilator with foot sanding attachment

For this test, we only tested the performance of the pedicure nozzle. But still want to say a few words about the device in general. In fact, this model is even difficult to call an epilator. This is the ultimate all-in-one body care system: hair removal, exfoliation and pedicure.

DESCRIPTION

For this test we only tested the performance of the pedicure head. But still want to say a few words about the device in general. In fact, it’s not even easy to call this model an epilator. This is the ultimate all-in-one body care system: hair removal, exfoliation and pedicure.

The foot nozzle has the same structure as a sapphire or diamond coating on the nozzles of professional pedicure sets: the abrasiveness is expressed strongly, but the nozzle is not coarse. Interesting that the manual recommends using liquid soap on this head, not “dry”: put liquid soap in the center of the roller, then moisten it with water and turn on the device.

I loved the results of the tweezing applicator: it worked really fast and the results were amazing. In 10 minutes you can clean up a neglected foot and the maintenance procedure takes 1-2 minutes. The width of the roller 2.5 cm was initially confusing – not very large! – But then we realized that with this kind of performance it doesn’t really matter.

The position of the epilator head is fixed when using the pedicure nozzle, with epilation nozzles it “floats”.

The bright backlight turned out to be useful not only for epilation, when you need to see the fine hairs, but also for foot care.

The essential difference between the work of the nozzle-saw in the epilator from the work of simple electric pedicure saws is that the epilator motor is more powerful, the speed of the roller is higher, and even if you strongly press the rotating roller on the skin, it will not slow down and will not stop. So you have to be careful not to overdo it.

Powered by built-in battery, the device can work without interruption in standalone mode for 30 minutes. Takes an hour to recharge. Too bad, that there is no charge level indicator: you can tell when the battery is low by the light going out and the roller slowing down.

The hair fillet attachment detaches from the epilator with a simple push of the two snap buttons together. There is a “washable in water” sign on the back of the nozzle. Part of the removed callous layer of your skin accumulates inside the nozzle, so you must remember to rinse and dry it in time. Collapsible design the nozzle consists of 2 parts allows you to do this without any problems. The manual recommends changing the file head once a year and using it for about 10 minutes once a week. Where to buy a replacement nozzle and how much it costs, we have not found, but this device is a novelty. We hope that it can be bought, when buying it, it is worth paying attention to the availability of consumables on sale.

My review of the product:

“To be honest, I thought – well, what’s a pedicure file in an epilator! It is a nice addition, but not much else, for many machines the additional nonessential functions are only there for show. To be honest, I even did not read the instructions, so I made a mistake: the first time I treated my feet without wetting the file and without soap. By the way, nothing bad happened: everything is removed perfectly, no discomfort, the main thing is to touch only the rough skin and calluses, without touching the “live” skin. Tried it with both speeds – exfoliating is equally effective, just not the same pace. Then I bothered to read the instructions and the supporting procedure did with liquid soap – a feeling of “softer”, but the care is more complicated: the nozzle must be washed and dried. Very pleased with the backlight – bright, so you can’t miss it. I was surprised to find it lasted longer than the promised 30 minutes: I had a pedicure and then a peeling for about 40 minutes, and then the battery ran out. Too bad there is no charging level indicator.

Great efficiency with the foot sanding head, professional finish and long file head life, fast speed, multifunction, backlight, long battery life, very short charge time, easy care.

Care must be taken as the motor runs at a selected speed and will not stop if you press the file head too hard against your skin. No charge level indicator.
