It was very curious to test this mixer on mashed potatoes: the fact is that it immediately took on the work, began not only to grind, but also whip potatoes, and all this thanks to the shape of the whiskers. The mashed potatoes turned out whiter than the competitors, which always indicates that they are full of air and puffy.

The first speed is not high, so the beginning of work with the dough does not cause problems – accurately and evenly mix the components. The mixer is more difficult to work with larger amounts of dough, but it handles the pie dough well. Loses speed noticeably when immersed in the bread dough thickness.

CONTROL

Overly intricate. The regulator moves away from you, the speed is quite clear. But this thing also combines the function of resetting the whisk, the whole regulator just sinks in, like a button. It is not convenient, confusing, when selecting the first speed the rest are blocked you must make a very precise movement so as not to press the knob, otherwise the whiskers will fall out, in a word, it requires extra attention, which such an elementary device does not need.

Turbo function increases the intensity of mixing at any speed, no time limit specified by the manufacturer. The function button is unfortunate, right in front of the knob, and so close that you almost inevitably press it when turning on first speed. As you have already understood, turning it on requires from the user concentration and skill.
