Features

Pressure cooker proves its worth in use. Its main feature: 4-8 minutes before the end of the process the steam is automatically ejected, so when the cooking is finished, you just open the lid and that’s it. This makes it ideal for all housewives who are wary of steam valves and afraid to handle pressure.

Pressure cooker turns off automatically with a beep and goes into automatic temperature maintenance mode, the indicator light turns yellow.

Automatic temperature maintenance function can be used to heat up food by setting the temperature of the food. Only takes 9 minutes to heat up.

Getting to know each other for the first time

Very nice-looking device, not at all like your usual pressure cooker. The design is unique and does not allow you to immediately determine what this technique is, but attention to an interesting object in the kitchen is guaranteed.

I like that there is a handle for carrying, this is really convenient. To open the lid you need to turn the switch and press the special key. This safety precaution is very thoughtful, and indeed allows students to open the pressure cooker on their own.

When you turn on the device, noted that the timer performs the function of an electronic clock, and when working great indicator light: one glance is enough to understand whether the “multicooker”, one of the automatic programs, or warming.

Cooking

1. “Vegetables and Rice”

the pressure cooker has several rice programs at the same time: it is a “high pressure” program that allows to cook white rice as crispy as 19 minutes, and “low pressure” – to cook sticky rice, and “mixed rice” – to cook a mixture of brown and white rice, and separately “brown rice” – to cook brown rice and some other grains, and “vegetables with rice”.

Our first dish was vegetable pilaf – simple, fast, nutritious and healthy. You put washed rice in the pressure cooker, a bag of freshly frozen vegetables, and salted them. You add water, close the lid, turn on the “vegetables and rice” program and go about your business. In half an hour the dish was ready. The pilaf was delicious, but a little softened. Our mistake was that we added a lot of water, without taking into account that the vegetables will release juice. – GOOD!

Tip: it’s better to underpour than overpour, to make the rice crumbly.

2. “Multi Cooker

a “Curd and fruit casserole”.

We prepared the curd-fruit mixture, put it in a preheated and greased with butter pressure cooker, set the desired mode, set the time – 60 minutes and pressed “Start. After the beep we did not hurry to open the lid – according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, we waited for 10 minutes so that the casserole does not settle.

The dish tasted delicate, with a touch of melted milk. But after a while, the casserole did settle, which had no effect on its taste. – BEAUTIFUL!

Tip: varying the fruit and choosing a different kind of cottage cheese can change the taste of the casserole. You can sprinkle powdered sugar or chocolate chips on top.

B “Liver in cream”.

Chopped carrots and onions, put the vegetables and chicken liver in a bowl of pressure cooker, added cream. We closed the lid, chose the “multi-cooking” mode, set the time for 15 minutes and pressed the “boil” button. After the beep, according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, did not open the lid for another 10 minutes. During this time, the liver “cooked” in the “preheat” mode. After 10 minutes, we opened the pressure cooker – the liver was very tender and soft, it literally melted in my mouth. – BEAUTIFUL!

Tip: if using larger portions than the instructions, increase the cooking time right away.

3. “High Pressure.”

We cooked white rice as a side dish for liver, using “high pressure” program, so that the rice becomes crumbly. The rice cooked well: Rice to rice. True, it had to be removed from the pressure cooker in order to cook the liver there. So we had to reheat the rice in the microwave, but its taste did not suffer. – OK!

Tip: Manufacturers recommend soaking white rice before cooking for 30 minutes to make it whiter and absorb some water before cooking. For a crumbly rice, it’s best to use parboiled rice.

“Buckwheat with stew.

Very simple dish – add water to the washed buckwheat, add a can of stew, salt and turn on the device. The result surpassed all expectations! The buckwheat turned out boiled, fragrant, extremely tasty. Each grain is enlarged as it should be during proper cooking. We didn’t expect a simple lunch to be a real treat. – GREAT!

Tip: The manufacturers recommend adding more water to get boiled buckwheat, and less for stiffer buckwheat.

5. “Steam cooking”

There is no separate program for steam cooking in the pressure cooker, the choice is made depending on the type of food. So, if you cook steamed potatoes, you choose the “potatoes” program, and if fish, cutlets or dumplings – the “multicooker” program. Cooking time does not exceed 30 minutes.
