DESIGN ERGONOMICS

jug. Bottom part is made of plastic that doesn’t get warm on the outside, top part is made of brushed stainless steel. Looks stylish, modern and expensive the device belongs to the designer series of small appliances . Can be rotated by 360° on the stand.

Scale. Wide, clear, in 250 ml increments. Its disadvantage is the location directly under the handle, the plus is the double graduation on the right and left so you can still see it.

Support. Rectangular, plastic, with cord adjustment and anti-slip rubber feet. The entire control panel is on the control panel.

Lid:. One of the most convenient in the test: it is hinged by lightly pressing the large round button in the center of the lid. Small snap valves prevent it from spontaneously opening.

Handle. The spout is made of special “soft” plastic that doesn’t slip and provides an ergonomic grip.

Nose. Perfectly shaped and wide to prevent spillage

cups.

Limescale filter. Removable, stainless steel mesh, which means that the filter is designed to last a very long time and only needs to be cleaned and not replaced like nylon filters.

OPERATING ERGONOMICS

It seemed to us that this is probably the most well-thought-out control system: not overloaded, logical, clear. Large trigger automatically turns kettle on to boil and activates all other buttons. With the same button you can easily turn off the kettle and “reset” the wrong mode.

If you do not need steep boiling, you can adjust the temperature with the “+” and “-” buttons within the range of 70-90 °C, and if you need to keep the temperature reached for 30 minutes, then during the heating you must press the button Keep warm keep hot .

It’s a pity that you can’t do this after the heating is finished – you have to provide everything at once. All keys provide lighted indication so you can see the modes of operation.

THE RESULTS OF MEASUREMENTS OF WATER TEMPERATURE

Heating. In the tests of 70 and 80 ° C temperature modes, the kettle proved to be brilliant, not allowing for the slightest deviation. After reaching 80°C we set the temperature to 90°C, but here we had a small disappointment: 86°C and no more. We decided to let the device and water cool down and restart this mode. Result 88° C.

Temperature maintenance. Kettle should automatically maintain temperature for 30 minutes. Initial temperature – 80 ° C, after 30 minutes – 79 ° C. At the same time, you could not hear the kettle to make noise, periodically heating water.

It boils water fairly quickly and efficiently, which is a major plus for me. The design is sleek and modern, fitting well in my kitchen. In terms of durability, I have not experienced any issues so far. The kettle seems to be well constructed and is holding up well with regular use. One potential issue I have noticed is that the outside of the kettle can get quite hot during use, so you have to be careful when handling it.
