DESIGN
GENERAL VIEW
The design of the model is of course fantastic. The iron is very large, with graceful curves. The handle is unlocked, wide, all-plastic. When the appliance is stationary, the cord’s braid is inserted into the slit in the handle. The two colors of finish – black and dark purple – perfectly match each other. Water level clearly visible through semi-transparent water tank.
“The heel is also unusual. Size 13×12 cm, with cord slot. It is a plastic stand that encircles the body of the iron. A clever piece of technology that makes the iron extremely stable in an upright position and unshakeable.
Power cord is a gigantic 3m long, long enough to reach a socket very far away from the iron. It is in a dark cloth sheath, 7 cm from the body packed in a sturdy plastic. The cord is movable, but the range of movement is limited by the “heel” and the special notch on the handle.
The iron is very heavy, the good thing is that it does not need to be placed vertically and even in between ironing can be left in a horizontal position, otherwise the hands would be very tired.
WINDOWS:
Iron soleplate made of stainless steel, with pronounced pointed tip. There are steam holes of different diameters across the surface, and only the central part of the soleplate is missing. There are no grooves and holes, just vertical stripes. There are 52 large diameter steam holes on each side of the soleplate. There are 7 steam holes in the spout, one of them has a large diameter.
The size of the soleplate is just like the iron – 24,5×12,5 cm, the length of the nose – 4 cm.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
Several company’s technologies are applied in the iron. OptimalTEMP technology allows you to iron all types of fabrics without the need to regulate the temperature of the iron and sort things. When heated, the iron can be placed soleplate down on the ironing board instead of on the stand. There is no temperature regulator, so you can’t change the heat.
Iron heats up slowly after switching on 2 min waiting time . , the maximum heating values that I was able to fix: in the middle of the soleplate – 124.1 ° C, at the nose – 134.3 ° C, at the base – 121.7 ° C.
Conclusions
soleplate heats evenly but not too hard. Steam, not a hot soleplate, plays the key role in smoothing out creases. It is impossible to change the temperature of heating, it protects fabrics, saves energy, but is not so good for ironing cotton and linen. Apparently, this iron is more suitable for ironing delicate fabrics that need gentle care.
POWER
Measured at maximum steam output 2497-2548 watts.
STEAM
The protagonist of this iron. There are several steam output modes.
iQ automatic mode. In this case DynamiQ – a special sensor precisely tracks the iron’s movement and ensures that steam is supplied only when the iron moves.
Max. This mode delivers the maximum amount of steam you can steer at all times.
Ionic mode ironing delivers consistent, powerful steam and the steam is enriched with silver ions for more hygienic ironing.
All modes, steam output is shut off when you place the iron upright. You can use the steam stroke in any mode.
Ironing was done at maximum steam. A full reservoir 350 ml of water is enough for 14 minutes.
An over-dried pillowcase had to be ironed on each side.
Comment of the manufacturer: The quality of ironing depends on the type of fabric and washing conditions. Heavily overdried materials can be harder for the iron to handle.
Conclusions
Ironing of delicate fabrics was successful. It is not possible to iron cotton or linen quickly.
CONTROL
Effective and efficient. There is a button on the handle of the iron and a display next to it. The mode display lights up when you turn it on. It has automatic mode activated by default, you can change the settings by pushing the button.
When the iron is heated, the mode light flashes, as soon as the soleplate is hot, and the steam generator begins to produce steam, the light is on continuously.
Hook and loop steam button under the handle, easy to press with your finger and still ironing.
Water tank door
My wife is in her usual spot. It is easy to open thanks to the special grooves on the body of the iron, which are located on the sides of the door.

WATER
The iron is designed for use with tap water, but you can fill a specially softened water. The water tank is big, 350 ml can fit in it.
This iron is equipped with a quick descaling function. All the particles of limescale are collected in a special collector that should be periodically rinsed under running water. The indicator will tell you when to do this, but you can do the procedure without waiting for its instructions. The harder the water in your region, the more you need to clean. The manifold can be easily removed for cleaning and just as easily put back in place.
ANTICIPLE
Steam ironing even at high temperatures leaves water droplets on fabric. A couple of drops regularly appeared after I put the iron from an upright position to a horizontal one. I didn’t expect this model to surprise me so much.
AUTO SHUT OFF
Manufacturer recommends to keep the iron in horizontal position even during ironing, guaranteeing that the fabric will not catch fire. It also has an auto-off function. Just checking – I left the iron on the cloth. After about two minutes, the indicator light started blinking, like when the iron heats up. Safe to go. I’m writing these lines while the iron is on next to me on the sofa bed, and nothing bad happens. And it’s great!
INSTRUCTIONS
Contains all you need to know. One brochure is dedicated to the company’s range of irons, the last page has a table with the specialisation by model. The numerical model number was only found on the box that the iron was packaged in, this information is not on the appliance itself.
TEST RESULTS
Uniform warming of the iron soleplate, excellent steam performance, interesting modes, great design. Ergonomics are well thought out, there is an auto shut-off, the power cord is both long and maximally protected. The soleplate of the iron is big and beautiful. I liked it very much that in the upright position the iron stops “steaming”, not a drop of steam is lost for nothing. Perfect for expensive delicate fabrics: they just can’t be ruined, because the temperature is adjusted automatically.
The most expensive iron among tested models. Over-dried laundry has to be ironed folded in one layer.
