TEST NO. 1. MAKING PUREE SOUP

Two soups were prepared: “Pumpkin” soup according to the manufacturer’s recipe, and “Carrot and Ginger” soup according to the manufacturer’s recipe.

Cooking program is automatic. In a bowl cut vegetables, pour the required amount of water at room temperature. Then close the lid, press Menu, select program P1. Begins cooking. Algorithm of the device operation is the following: heating – stirring – heating – stirring, etc.d.

In the first case, we had a portion for ½ cup in the second case, we had the maximum portion. However, the products, namely carrots and onions, were not chopped all the way: sometimes there were small-small pieces.

The manufacturer recommends using the Impulse mode hold down the Start/Stop button for a few seconds after finishing cooking. All leftover pieces are chopped.

TEST NO. 2. MAKE CLASSIC SOUP

A stainless steel filter, which is inserted in the middle and covers the knife, in order not to chop the food but to leave the pieces intact. Sliced food is placed around the filter. During cooking, besides heating, the vigorous stirring is started twice, but the vegetables are not being chopped.

You can also put chopped food inside the filter. In this way they will be chopped, and the soup will be thicker.

The program allows you to be creative. You can, for example, put carrots and onions in the filter and put pieces of potatoes and mushrooms around the filter, then the vegetables inside and outside will be grated, the soup will be beautiful and without many unloved onions.

TEST #3. BLENDER OPERATION

The interesting thing is that this is also an automatic program. True, there is a Manual mode with speed setting, but it’s much easier just to select the program and press start.

We made pancake batter and a pineapple banana smoothie in this blender.

In the automatic program the blender works with pauses, and the speed of the motor changes from slower to stronger. A minute and twenty seconds, laid by the manufacturer, was enough both for mixing the dough and making a smoothie. Everything is mixed smoothly, without lumps and pieces. This program can in principle be deactivated at any time by pressing the start/stop button.

CONGRATULATIONS

It’s very simple, fast and without problems – no need to worry about the food sticking to the pan, no need to stand and stir. The only BUT: if you like to make a soup of sauteed or roasted vegetables, then the preliminary operations have to be done on the stove, and then move the prepared and cooled products into the bowl of the blender.

LIMITATIONS

You can’t use a blender to chop and mix solid foods. Nothing is written about the possibility of crushing ice, and, apparently, as a solid product, it can not be crushed in this blender.

On the automatic program eggs can only be boiled.

The instructions say that you can’t use raw meat or fish when cooking soup, these foods must already be cooked and refrigerated. Manufacturers say you can, you just need to chop them finely. Of course, we’re talking about fillets.

FEATURES

In addition to the automatic program, the blender has a Manual mode. In this case, you set the time, temperature, and speed yourself. In the PP you can also adjust the time for boiling eggs to the consistency you want, for example “in a bag”. True, for this you will have to experiment a few times.

An important thing is the possibility to heat the ready meal. This operation also involves stirring. If you heat the puree soup, it will become even more homogenized than it was when it was first cooked: the last bits of food will be overcooked.

Whether the delay timer is really necessary is debatable. It’s hardly great when raw food is floating in cold water for a long time and only then cooking begins, but maybe in some situations a delay timer is needed. In any case, it is good that you can use it if you want.

CONTROL

Simple enough. Operated by buttons that have a clear indication and purpose. Changing the settings by setting the temperature, cooking time and rotating blade speed yourself is done with the two buttons: first you need to activate the parameter, for example temperature, and then use the “+” or “-” buttons to set the desired value.

To select the automatic program, you need to press the Menu button, and then activate it by turning on Start. The indices of automatic programs are displayed on the screen and the selected PP parameters are shown.

There is one disadvantage: you need to know exactly which index corresponds to which program, and for this you will either have to keep the instructions always handy, or write on a piece of paper tips and hang it next to the soup cooker, or learn all the programs.

In addition, error indices are displayed on the screen, if any. But we didn’t find any deciphering of these errors in the manual. According to the manufacturer’s assurances, they are in the new edition of the manual.

THE CARE

Uncomplicated. It is enough to wash the bowl and lid. There is even a self-cleaning function: you need to pour water, run the blender program – in 80 seconds the bowl will be cleaned of more dirt. Then you need to pour out the dirty water, rinse the bowl with clean water – and that’s it.

You can wash the bowl by hand with a sponge and an ordinary dishwashing detergent. Can’t wet the bottom of the bowl on the outside. That is why we used to wash the bowl without putting it into the sink. The only slight inconvenience – the knife can not be pulled out, and since it is very sharp, you need to be careful.

SECURITY

Designed down to the last detail. In addition to automatic shut off after the end of the program, there is also protection against hot liquid overflow. Even if liquid splashes out during cooking, the device switches off. The sensor on the lid at the bottom is dirty in this case – and the soup cooker shuts off.

Fuse protects against overvoltage surges. The soup cooker also will not turn on if there is not enough liquid. There is also protection against overheating – in general, the manufacturers have taken care of almost all non-standard situations.

CONGRATULATIONS

Very nice-looking device. Especially for those who like soups, purees and homogeneous sauces. Useful soup cooker and families with little kids, and not only because it is convenient to cook baby food, but also because it has a heating function and the temperature range is wide enough, ranging from 40 ° C to 100 ° C.

The model is very compact and will fit in any size kitchen.

The design is classical, quite usual for blenders, it can not be called flashy and memorable – it is ordinary. But there is a nice feature: you can choose the color of the model, white and black options are offered.

The bowl is made of plastic. On the one hand, this is good: the bowl is light and strong, there is no fear that it will break if dropped. On the other hand it is a little frustrating: plastic is not as durable and not as environmentally friendly as glass. But of course, the price of the blender would be much higher if it had a glass bowl.

The price for this device is very democratic, it is available to the widest masses of the population. But not all stores can see the equipment of this brand.

OUR EVALUATIONS

Functionality – great.

Ergonomics – good.

(Have to remember the indexes of programs, plastic bowl .

Design – satisfactory.

(The most ordinary, without “zest” .

Price/performance ratio – excellent.
