TECHNOSILA announced the implementation of a new e-commerce platform based on SAP Hybris

The project to move to SAP Hybris Commerce was launched on October 20 this year, and was a logical continuation of cooperation between TECHNOSILA and SAP – previously the company successfully used the SAP ERP accounting system.

In the process, we plan to adapt and implement the SAP Hybris Product Content Management module, develop and implement a mobile terminal version based on SAP Hybris, and move the desktop version of our on-line store and contact center to the new platform.

Technological solutions from SAP Hybris Commerce will enable TECHNOSILA to increase the reliability of online order fulfillment, enhance the ability to quickly and efficiently develop its product catalog, improve customer interaction by integrating functionality and personalizing offers, and enable it to move towards multivirtuality. In addition, SAP Hybris will support in-store kiosk terminals.

Due to the implementation of SAP Hybris, the company’s online sales share is expected to reach 50% of the company’s total revenue.

“The move to SAP Hybris is a very timely and important step for us, which once again confirms the desire to develop within the new multi-channel model. The changes that are taking place and will continue to take place at TECHNOSILA require strong IT solutions that will allow us to achieve the desired results and work effectively for our customers. SAP’s modern products meet all of our requirements and we expect the most positive results from the new platform,

– says Ilya Timchenko, CEO of TECHNOSILA.

“We are pleased to assist TECHNOSILA in the process of business transformation and implementation of a multi-channel business model. Now every customer expects a personalized approach in every channel of interaction. Only the company that is closest to understanding what the client wants, and can offer convenient and high-quality service across all channels, will be able to win the competition. For example, according to international research more than 50% of young buyers consider their smartphone their main tool for making purchases. TECHNOSILA is one of the pioneers in implementing a unique approach to interacting and serving its customers, which definitely reflects the most current trends in global retail.”

– Alexey Pronin, Head of SAP Customer Engagement & Commerce, SAP CIS, comments.

Plans to cooperate with SAP also include implementation of transportation logistics solution SAP TMS, which will help to manage client delivery both from central warehouse and from stores.
