On December 13, the newly opened Julia Vysotskaya Culinary Studio in New York hosted a presentation of a new collection of Tefal Julia Vysotskaya cooking appliances. The hostess of the evening held a fascinating master class especially for the guests. In a friendly atmosphere everyone could try their hand at creating a light cake âTwo nutsâ, French soup âVichy souiseâ and tender sea bass steamed with pesto sauce. Thanks to the appliances from Tefal Julia Vysotskaya collection not much time and effort was required for cooking the treats.
Using a powerful food processor and a functional blender the guests chopped all the necessary ingredients for the soup and cake, and a steamer perfectly cooked seabass, preserving all the nuances of taste.
The master class ended with a tasting of all the prepared dishes: everyone was able to appreciate the results of culinary experiments. Afterwards the guests took part in a quiz and got special prizes, Julia Vysotskayaâs new book âQuick Breakfastsâ and a certificate for a master class at Julia Vysotskaya Culinary Studio.
Throughout the evening the tea zone worked in the Studio. The Tefal Julia Visotskaya tea machine with 60-90 degree setting function allowed guests to enjoy a variety of teas â English Earl Grey, Chinese Milk Oolong and green tea of the same temperature.
