Ingredients:
2 trout cleaned and gutted
150g mushrooms
100 g shrimps peeled
1/2 piece. lemon juice
salt, pepper.
Method of preparation:
Rinse out the trout.
Rub the fish with salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms and shrimp, wash and chop them in a turbo cutter.
Stuff the fish with the prepared mushrooms and shrimps.
Put the products in a pot “UltroPro” 2.5 liters and bake in the oven at 180 ° C until done about 20 minutes .
