Stuffed tomatoes

Cooked in microwave + grill mode – from Whirlpool recipes.

Microwave

We use grill function. You got it all!

We recommend that you cut the tomatoes in half and core out. We cut the tops off and core out with a knife and a small spoon to keep the tomatoes whole.

We used a filling of a mixture of mushrooms and vegetables, pre-cooked in the microwave mode.

The Whirlpool recipe book suggests this stuffing: finely chop garlic, tomato flesh, olives and anchovies, chop and add breadcrumbs and chopped basil to the stuffing.

Stir everything thoroughly. Place the tomatoes on a plate, fill with the prepared mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place the plate on the turntable and cook for about 10-12 minutes at 350 watts we cooked for 6 minutes at maximum grill power .
