Strawberry jam

We will need:

Small appliances for the kitchen

1 kg strawberries,

1 kg sugar,

&frac34 cup water.

Method of preparation:

Boil the syrup into which you pour and stir the strawberries. The mixture should come to a strong boil, turn down the heat and bring back to a boil. Repeat this two or three times, then turn down the heat, then up, and then cook over low heat. The jam is ready when the berries are translucent and evenly dispersed in the syrup.
