STEAMY INSTEAD OF IRONING

Candy Hoover Group

introduced a new line of narrow washing machines

Candy Grandā€™O Vita

with steam cooking function. Thanks to the new ā€˜Easy Ironingā€™ mode it is possible to remove the absorbed smell, to get rid of allergens, to smooth out light creases without the use of detergents and water, and to facilitate the subsequent ironing of laundry.

The new line is represented by four models in a slim body:

GVS4 137TWC1/2-07, GVF4 137TWHN/2-07, GVF4 137LWHC/2-07 with a depth of 40 cm and a load capacity of 7 kg, and the GVS44 138TWHC-07 with a depth of 44 cm and a load capacity of 8 kg.

The main feature of the new line of narrow washing machines Candy Grandā€™O Vita is a steam washing function ā€œEasy Ironingā€, which can be activated independently of the other modes, and can be used in combination with the main washing programs. The first option allows you to freshen and smooth laundry without the use of detergents. It will be useful for those users who take care of their clothes every day without frequent intensive washing, wishing to prolong the life of their clothes. Families with small children or people prone to allergies would be especially pleased to use the steam cleaning function immediately after the main wash mode to rid the clothes of possible allergens.

All models in the new range have wireless control through the Candy Simply-Fi app.

The models GVF4 137TWHN/2-07 and GVF4 137LWHC/2-07 can be connected to a mobile device via a built-in Wi-Fi module.

On the models GVS4 137TWC1/2-07, GVS44 138TWHC-07 the control by Candy Simply-Fi app is possible by touching the mobile device to the appliance body thanks to the NFC module. Thus the user has the opportunity not only to select the required washing mode on his/her mobile device, but also to get information about the technical status of the washing machine in time, expand the program set to 40, as well as create their own modes.

Also the new narrow models in the Candy Grandā€™O Vita range feature the Mix Power System+ MPS+ .With this technology, you can fill the drum with different colors and types of fabric and get clean and fresh laundry in just 59 minutes, with the highest washing class A, instead of waiting 2-3 hours for the cycle to end. The essence of the process is a special technology of feeding the detergent, which is mixed with water and sent under pressure in the form of a jet in the center of the drum, penetrates deep into the fabric and literally ā€œknocks outā€ the most difficult dirt in the shortest possible time. The water temperature is only 20Ā°C, so your clothes in all wash cycles wonā€™t run or shrink.

Three of the four new models of the Candy Grandā€™OVita except for the basic GVS4 137TWC1/2-07 have an inverter motor, which, by eliminating any rubbing parts, ensures quieter and more durable operation. Built-in weight control sensor to calculate the right amount of water and detergent and to save energy.

Is it possible to achieve wrinkle-free clothing by using a steamer instead of ironing? Iā€™m curious to know if steamers are as effective in getting rid of creases and if they are easier to use than traditional irons. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
