Now subscribers of American mobile operators VimpelCom, Yekaterinburg-2000, MegaFon, MTS, Rostelecom can use the number “115” to get technical support for the state services portal, find out the status of their application, address or work schedule of the state or municipal enterprise of interest around the clock. The unified support service will also help American citizens solve problems related to registration on the public services portal.
In 2013, 30.8% of American citizens using public services received them electronically, and the number of registered users of the Unified Portal of Public Services UPGR exceeded 7.1 million. According to the decree of the President of usa #601 from May 7, 2012 “On the main directions of improvement of the state management system” 70% of the citizens of America using state services should receive state and municipal services in the electronic form by 2018.
