SPICY WINGS
Will need
Marinade:
0.5 cup soy sauce,
0.5 cup vegetable oil,
1 teaspoon hot pepper,
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped.
Preparation
Keep the wings in the prepared marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Then put the lower rack in the oven and place the wings on it. Put a high rack on top and lay the remaining wings on it.
Cook for 10 minutes at 225°C the step-by-step temperature setting – 10 degrees does not allow you to set this temperature .
Then simmer for another 10 minutes at 200°C. Remove the upper rack with the wings and cook the remaining wings for 10 minutes at the same temperature
Those spicy wings look absolutely delicious! I’m curious to know if they are really as fiery as they appear, or is it just for show? Can someone who has tried them share their experience?
