Exactly 30 years ago the brand collaborated with the architect Guido Canali to create a product line characterized by the use of stainless steel with a particular stylistic rigor. The name of this collection is Classica.

Smeg’s ability to mix and match different materials in the best possible way has been evident from the outset. The Classica line which includes ovens, hobs, coffee makers, refrigerators, compact appliances and hoods is characterized by unique toggle switches and oven handles, whose clean, refined and modern forms are combined with industrial design elements. In addition to a visual style which reflects the brand’s values, the appliances in this range offer the sort of high performance and functionality associated with the most versatile appliances on the market.

This year, the brand celebrated the anniversary of the series with the launch of new models in Classica design, which complemented and updated the range.New Classica compact appliances have been launched, including the SF4390MCX, SF4390MX, SF4309MX. In addition to ease of use, these devices have impressive modern technologies that make the most efficient use of time, almost without wasting it on the process of cooking and eating. Such a possibility is possible thanks to the combination of traditional cooking with microwave technology. The new Classica range is characterized by its black tinted glass that still gives exceptional visibility to the interior of the cavity when the appliance is in use. The models are covered with Ever Clean enamel for easy cleaning, have a clearly laid out display, integrated automatic cooking programs Smart Cooking System and soft-closing door.

The range of models in the redesigned Classica range enables you to integrate them into many different types of kitchens, whether as a column or in a row. For example, when installed side-by-side with standard 60 cm ovens and coffee machines, the compact appliance can be combined with a warming drawer of the same design, thus completing a perfectly linear composition.
