Shish kebab of sturgeon

    Filet of one sturgeon

  • white dry wine
  • oil
  • lemon juice
  • Onions
  • salt and pepper.

Separate the sturgeon fillets from the skin and spines with steep boiling water and a sharp knife. For the marinade, prepare a mix of white wine, oil, lemon juice, onion rings, salt and pepper. Let the pieces of sturgeon, cut for skewers, soak in marinade for 1.5-2 hours. Roast fish over hot coals until browned.

Salmon on skewers

  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet about 200 gr each
  • 2 zucchini
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell bell pepper
  • 80 g black olives
  • juice of one lemon
  • Salad mix of different varieties
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt, black pepper to taste

Cut bell peppers into thin slices, add olives. Plate the lettuce and season with oil and lemon juice. Carefully cut the pieces of fillet into large cubes. Slice the zucchini, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. String salmon slices, tomato halves and zucchini slices one at a time on skewers. Season with salt and pepper and cook on a heated grill for 3 minutes, turning once in the middle. Serve the barbeque on skewers, laying them on plates over the salad. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with black pepper.

Chicken with kefir

  • 3 kg chicken choice: whole or drumsticks ,

    thighs, wings

  • 0,5 l. low fat kefir
  • A medium garlic bulb
  • 3 onions
  • Salt, black pepper to taste.

Portion the chicken and put it in a plastic bag, pour the kefir on top, press the garlic and add the onion chopped into rings. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Tie the bag tightly and gently place under weight for about 2 hours. Make sure the bag doesn’t burst.

Shish kebab

Pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, green grapes, raspberries, mint leaves shortcrust, lime zest.

Wash the fruit. Peel and dice pineapple, watermelon and kiwi. Crumble the shortcrust and mix with the lime zest. Thread cubes of watermelon, kiwi, pineapple on a skewer and dip one side into the lime-crust mixture. Add strawberries, grapes and raspberries on a skewer. Decorate the raspberries with a mint leaf. Don’t forget to feed the kids!
