Sharp, whose main “trump card” is the Sharp 8K TV with a 70-inch screen, has announced that it will hit the European market at the end of April 2018 – the model is called 70″ 8K SUPER HI-VISION MONITOR LV-70X500E and will cost 11999 euros.
8K – the next evolutionary step in screen resolution with 33 million pixels 7,680 x 4,20 .To understand: it’s four times bigger than 4K Ultra HD and 16 times more pixels than Full HD.
Ultra-thin resolution leads to a pixel density of 125 ppi on the 70-inch LV-70X500E display. Even at very close range the human eye can’t make out individual pixels. Huge increase in sharpness makes images extremely realistic

The LV-70X500E has eight HDMI inputs. Four standard 2K 4K ports, the other four reserved for the included 8K input via four parallel HDMI connections. 8K photos can be viewed from USB drives. To take advantage of the tremendous image quality of 8K, TV-Monitor will increase the conversion of content to 8K with an advanced image processing suite.
