Shallow pies in the oven

Ingredients:

Shallots in the oven

3 sweet and sour apples,

vegetable oil,

sugar,

3 eggs,

1 cup II-III class flour.

Rinse and peel the apples and cut them into wedges. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with apple slices and sugar. Beat eggs in a mixer, mix with flour. Pour the mixture over the apples. Bake in a preheated air grill on the middle grid for 40-50 minutes at 180°C. Reduced speed.
