New York, June 3, 2016. – Samsung Printing Solutions announced the release of Remote Fax, a new application for Samsung multifunction printers that will extend the functionality of fax equipment while reducing the operating costs of printing.

With Remote Fax, users no longer need to install additional fax modules or set up public switched telephone networks PSTN to establish fax communications on all office MFPs. This will allow companies to reduce the cost of installing equipment and thereby reduce the total cost of ownership of that equipment.
New application will allow the use of fax communication on multiple printing devices, using a single fax server and fax module for MFP or public telephone network.

Remote Fax – Samsung Electronics’ first paid app for printing devices. Company expects it will pioneer the new commercial model for its dealers and business partners.
Remote Fax is compatible with Samsung’s printing equipment with Smart UX Center interface, including the new MX7 series line of MFPs.
