Samsung has chosen Paris, the “City of Lights,” to unveil a TV there that transforms light into natural colors as efficiently as possible. New line of QLED TVs provides an optimal brightness level and stunning visual effect of viewing pictures.

The venue, the Carrousel du Louvre, is close to the Louvre, famous for its rich history and culture, and very suitable for showcasing the Lifestyle TV concept. This concept was mainly embodied in two devices, which can rightly be called works of art – a TV on quantum dots – Samsung QLED TV and The Frame.

The new QLED TVs have been designed with even more attention to the user’s needs. During the development, the specialists paid attention to three key solutions, which were named Q Picture, Q Smart and Q Style. To create the innovative products in The Frame line and offer users a truly sophisticated product that fits into any home environment, Samsung worked with renowned Swiss designer Yves Behar.

Q Picture: perfect combination of light and color

QLED TVs have used quantum dot technology, allowing the image to achieve higher levels of brightness, stability and richness of color. Thanks to the new quantum dot structure, QLED TVs have improved all aspects of image quality: viewing angles, color gamut, brightness and contrast.

The QLED TV can reproduce the most natural colors and achieves 100% color gamut – the highest on the market today. This is verified by one of Europe’s largest scientific and technical associations, the Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker VDE .

In addition, the deep black level in QLED TVs and sharp contrast ensure consistently high picture quality, regardless of external lighting in the room. HDR 1500 Extended Dynamic Range with 1,500 nits of brightness allows users to see the finest details of an image without color loss or distortion.

Q Style: Designed just for you

This year, Samsung introduced new TV design elements that will fit into any home, regardless of the interior style and layout features. New transparent optical cable solves the problem of traditionally entangled television cables. Users can now create their own unique interior using a single optical cable that connects to the One Connect module, which also connects all external devices.

Samsung also introduced a new wall mount with no gap to the wall, with the installation process taking about 15 minutes. For those who don’t want to mount their TV on the wall, there’s also a series of stylish stands. Designed in the form of an easel, the Studio Stand is a tripod and the perfect addition to any modern interior, while the Gravity Stand is a cone-shaped swivel stand that can rotate the TV, allowing you to choose the best viewing angle.

The Frame: A new way to look at TV

Continuing its focus on premium design, Samsung announced its latest innovation, The Frame. At CES 2017, The Frame interior panel was presented as a unique device and unparalleled piece of art that will transform any interior or creative space.

The Frame in Gallery mode resembles a picture in a frame. Unlike a standard TV, which is a dark screen when turned off, The Frame becomes a work of art, allowing users to choose custom-made digital art masterpieces. Developed more than 100 images in a variety of genres – including landscapes, architecture, wildlife, drawings and more – to suit any interior. The Frame has a large selection of art setpieces and presents a variety of color schemes. You can also choose from a variety of options, such as different panel frames or the optional tripod stand to create your own unique interior.

The Frame also features a new transparent optical cable and a wall-mounting system that allows users to hang it wherever they want. Thanks to these innovations, The Frame will fit harmoniously into any modern interior.
