Royal cheesecake from Oursson multicooker

Ingredients for 10 servings
Shortbread and almond dough
Wheat flour, g 150
Ground almonds, g 100
Egg yolk, egg. 1
granulated sugar, gr 40
Salt, gr 1
Butter, g 100
Leavening agent, gr 5
Filling with cottage cheese
Cheese cheese 9% fat, g 600
Chicken eggs, pcs. ~ 50 g 4
Salt, g 1
granulated sugar, g 200
Tolling Mixture, g 20
Except for
Fresh mint leaves, pcs. 10
Almond petals, sachet 1

Method of preparation:

1. Melt butter in a stove.(Use OURSSON !

2. Add yolk, granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, flour with baking powder and ground almonds to the melted butter and knead a crumbly shortbread dough.

3. Whisk all ingredients for the curd filling.

4. Cut a sheet of parchment 35×40 mm.

5. Place baking parchment in the pan of the multicooker and spread the dough crumbs on it in an even layer.

6. Spread cottage cheese filling on the dough, smooth the surface.

7. Cook on the baking program for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

8. After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker and let the cheesecake settle and flatten a little.

9. Pull the edges of the parchment and carefully remove the royal cheesecake from the pan. Cool to room temperature.

10. Sprinkle the royal cheesecake with the almond petals, garnish with the mint leaves, cut into portions and serve with tea or coffee.

Cooking time – 1 hour and 40 minutes
