ROCCAT announces completely redesigned Kova gaming mouse

Hamburg, Oct. 8 – ROCCAT kicks off its fall discovery season with the launch of the updated Kova gaming mouse, the successor to the popular Kova [+]. Kova [+] took the gaming industry by storm when it came out in 2010, and continued to develop the cult of hardcore gaming with its refined aesthetic. Borrowing from its predecessor, the new Kova represents a revised vision of the ideal in the eyes of gamers for whom trouble-free performance is most important.

The new Kova has a smooth, symmetrical shape, suitable for both left- and right-handed people. Built for high power and speed, the mouse emphasizes pure performance. The result is a streamlined sports car aesthetic with double the basic functionality.

The mouse features the latest generation Pro-Optic R6 optical sensor with native 3500dpi and an Overdrive acceleration module. This module allows you to double the dpi, resulting in 7000 dpi! This technology is made possible by the powerful Turbo Core V2 32-bit ARM processor built into the heart of the mouse.

Two Smart Cast buttons are located on both sides of the mouse 1 and mouse 2 keys. They form part of an intuitive button layout designed for lightning-fast response while playing.

Optimally placed within reach of your fingertips, Smart Cast buttons bring new levels of reflexive control to fast-action action games, and make it easy to quickly click combos and switch between them, like changing weapons and ammo, etc.d.

The Kova is equipped with a vibrant RGB backlighting system with 16.8 million colors to choose from. You can adjust the backlighting of the mouse scroll wheel and the base of the mouse independently .

ROCCAT’s famous Easy-Shift[+] technology elevates the total number of assignable functions in Kova to as many as 22. Mouse is available both in black and white color and compatible with the latest driver from ROCCAT – Swarm.

The all-new ROCCAT Kova will cost 59.99 euros, with a global launch set for November 17, 2015.
