REDMOND RMC-M4505 Multicooker: the same buckwheat I cooked only my grandmother in my childhood

Multicooker – in my opinion, the best appliance in the kitchen! I really love cooking, but I do not always have enough time and energy to cook my favorite dish. On the family council it was decided to buy my “irreplaceable” helper. After studying the market and offers from various stores, I bought a REDMOND RMC-M4505. After opening the box of my long-awaited purchase I did not hesitate and immediately proceeded to study the manual and recipe book.

I have been using the multicooker for a month now. I can hardly do without it anymore, I always stew, fry and boil something in it. I admire the quality and ease of preparation of each dish.

The advantages are many, the first thing I note is the russified menu, it did not take a long time to understand. Included with the multicooker comes a container for steaming, measuring cup, 120 recipe book with descriptions and photos, a scoop and a flat spoon, separately purchased a kitchen scale for precision cooking some dishes from the recipe book.

Any meat cooked in it is soft and melts in the mouth, cooked in its own juice and retains its properties, the vegetables are juicy, and cereals are always crumbly – such a result is difficult to achieve from the stove. In my kitchen, multicooker has replaced half of the appliances that are already there, as it performs the functions of an oven, steam cooker and bread maker, while taking up very little space.

It cooks by itself

Now waking up in the morning I don’t have to spend 20 minutes on cooking porridge and stand by the stove constantly stirring the breakfast cereals, it takes 3-5 minutes for cooking, or rather to add ingredients – the multicooker does everything else for me.

This model RMC-M4505 has a delay timer for up to 24 hours and a keep warm mode, you just have to choose “what to cook for dinner”, prepare the products, put them in and press the button when you come home in the evening, and after opening the lid the aroma of another masterpiece of art spreads around the kitchen immediately.

The multicooker, while no one was home, turned on by itself, executed my preset program and then just kept the dish warm.

It comes with a book of 120 recipes

Of the drawbacks I can only point out one small minus – is that in the kitchen during cooking there is no smell of the upcoming meal, only after turning off the program by flipping the lid, the house smells that something is cooked. But this is a minus only for me personally, but for someone on the contrary can be a huge plus!

My advice: If you do not have a multicooker, hurry up and buy it, it will pay for itself right away. I bought mine for 2.5 thousand relatively cheap and I’m very happy with it.
