Cooking:
1. Dollars bread with garlic and cut into small cubes.
2. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into small cubes.
3. Chop the onion into small strips. Cut peppers into small cubes.
4. Pour oil in a bowl, put the onion and bell pepper.
5. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “Frying” program and set the time, 2 minutes and temperature level 3. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the “CLOSED” position.
Roast them with the lid open. Press “START” button.
6. Fry onion and carrots until golden brown, add tomato paste and fry a bit.
7. Add cucumbers salt, pepper and 4 scoops of water.
8. Using buttons “Right” and “Left” select “CROWN” program and set the time: 25 minutes and temperature 100 C. Press “START” button.

When cooking the soup in the “MULTI-PREPAR” program, it is not recommended:
– Set temperature over 100 degrees.
– Pour the liquid water or broth above the mark of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
