Recipes for multicookers: meatballs with vegetables

Today in our Cuckoo multicooker we will cook

Meatballs with vegetables.

For this we choose the program mode

“MULTI-POVER.

We will need:

1. Meatballs – 500 gr.

2. Carrots – 150 gr.

3. Onion – 100 gr.

4. Zucchini – 150 gr.

5. Tomatoes – 150g.

6. Sweet pepper – 200 gr.

7. Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.l.

8. vegetable oil. – 2 -3 tbsp.l.

9. Salt – to taste.

10. Water – 0.5 m.tbsp.

Multicooker

cooking:

1. Chop the onions in medium slices.

2. Slice carrots and zucchini into circles. Slice tomatoes, peppers in half rings.

3. In a bowl put the onion, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini and tomato. Add water, oil and tomato paste. Place the meatballs on top.

4. Using buttons “Right” and “Left” select “CROWN” program and set the time – 30 minutes and temperature – 100 degrees. Press “START” button.
