Today we will cook vegetable rassolnik in a Cuckoo multicooker. For this we will choose the program mode – “MULTIPREPAR”.

2. Potatoes – 1 pc.
3. Onions – 140g.
4. Leeks – 1 pc.
5. Carrots – 100 gr.
6. Turnip – 150 gr.
7. Buckwheat – 3 tbsp.l.
8. Parsnip root – 1 pc.
9. Parsley – 1 tbsp.l.
10. Prune oil. – 25 gr.
11. Sour cream – 100 gr.
12. Estragon – 0.5 tbsp.l.
13. Peas – 8 pcs.
14. Dill – 1 tbsp.l.
15. Celery root – 1 pc.
16. Black pepper – to taste.
17. Salt – to taste.
18. Water – 7 m. tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Cut cucumbers and turnips into small slices. Dice potatoes 1.5 h 1.5 cm.
2. Slice onions, carrots, parsnip and celery roots into julienne strips .
3. Wash buckwheat with cold water.
4. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pour 7 level measuring cups of water.
5. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select the “MULTI-PREPAR” program and set the time for 25 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees. Press “START” button.
Note
When cooking the soup in the “MULTI-PREPAR” program it is not recommended:
– Set the temperature to over 100 degrees.
– Pour the liquid water or broth over the 3 liter mark indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
