Recipes for multicooker: Ukrainian borscht

Today we are going to cook Ukrainian borscht in our Cuckoo multicooker. For this we choose the program mode – SUP 1. So,

We will need

borscht

1. Meat pork, beef – 500 g.

2. Beets – 200 g.

3. Onions – 70g.

4. Carrots – 70 gr

5. Potatoes -170 gr

6. Cabbage -170 g.

7. Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.

8. Sweet pepper – 100 gr.

9. Salt – to taste

10. Peas – 6 units.

11. Garlic – 3 cloves

12. Bay leaf – 2 pcs.

13. Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp.l.

14. Water – scoop

Preparation

1. Wash the meat and cut into small pieces.

2. Dice potatoes 1.5h1.5 cm.

3. Shred the onions, carrots, cabbage and beets in medium slices.

4. Pepper cut into half rings.

5. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and add 7 level measuring cups of water.

8. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “SOUP” program.

9. Press “START” button.

Note: When cooking in “PROP” program it is not recommended: to fill liquid water or broth over the mark of 3 liters, indicated in the bowl of multicooker.
