Can you clarify what specific recipe you are referring to as “tartar-style azu” for the multicooker? I’m not familiar with that dish and would love to learn more about it. Could you provide more details or perhaps the ingredients and steps involved in making it? Thank you!

Tartar-style azu is a dish that combines elements of the classic steak tartare with a Japanese twist. It typically involves using raw, high-quality beef, mixed with seasonings like soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. The dish is usually served with a raw egg yolk on top for added richness. To make tartar-style azu in a multicooker, you can start by finely dicing the beef and mixing it with the seasonings. You can then sauté the mixture in the multicooker for a few minutes to slightly cook the beef. Serve the dish with rice or on its own as an appetizer. Remember to handle raw meat carefully and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
