Recipes for Multicooker: Steamed Dumplings

Today we are going to cook on a Cuckoo multicooker

Steamed dumplings.

For this we will choose the program mode

STEAMER

We will need:

1. Dumplings – 200 gr.

2. Sour cream – 100 gr.

3. Water – 3 m.tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Pour 3 measuring cups of water into the bowl.

2. Put a steam plate in the bowl and put the dumplings on it.

3. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select the “COOKING” program, set the time for 25 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press “START” button.

Add sour cream and spices to taste when done cooking.

Note:

-Quantity of dumplings per steam plate depends on the dumplings size.

-Manti, dumplings and hinkali can be made in this way.
