Recipes for multicooker: sponge cake

Today we are going to cook on a Cuckoo multicooker

biscuit.

For this we choose the program mode

OVEN

We will need:

1. Flour – 1.5 m.st.

2. Egg – 6 pcs.

3. Sugar – 1m.tbsp. 3 4 m.Tbsp .

4. Milk 1.5% – 1 tablespoon.l.

5. Butter – 3 Tbsp.l.

6. Vanillin 8gr – 2 packs.

7. 2 pinches of salt.

Cuckoo CR-3021 Multicooker

Preparation:

1. Sift flour through a sieve 3 times. Add salt and vanilla.

2 . Separate the yolks from the whites.

3. Next, whip the whites for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

4. Add the sugar to the whisked whites in three steps.

5. Whisk egg whites and sugar for 5 minutes.

6. Then add the egg yolks and whisk for 3 minutes more.

7. When the mass reaches a creamy consistency, add the flour in two steps and gently stir until lumps disappear.

8. Add milk to the dough 1 tbsp. spoon and melted butter 1 Tbsp. soup spoon .

9. Grease the bottom and walls of the bowl with a thin layer of oil, then pour the liquid batter into it.

10. Press “RIGHT” or “LEFT” button to select “OVEN” program and set the time, 60 minutes and 3 temperature level. Press the “START” button.
