One way to make liver more appetizing in a multicooker soup is to sauté it with onions, garlic, and herbs before adding it to the soup. This will help reduce the strong flavor and add depth to the dish. You can also try marinating the liver in milk or buttermilk before cooking to help tenderize it and mellow out the taste. Another option is to finely chop or puree the liver to incorporate it into the soup, so it blends seamlessly with the other ingredients. Adding in spices like cumin, paprika, or thyme can also help enhance the overall flavor profile of the soup. Just remember to cook the liver thoroughly to ensure it’s safe to eat and enjoy!
