Recipes for Multicooker: smoked ribs

Today we will cook smoked ribs in Cuckoo multicooker. For this we will choose the program mode – “MULTI-POVE”.

We will need:

1. Ribs – 1kg.

2. Garlic – 3 cloves.

3. Onions – 100 grams.

4. Bulgarian pepper. – 1pc.

5. Black pepper to taste.

6. Liquid smoke – 50 ml.

7. Greens – 1 bunch.

8. Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.l.

9. Hot pepper – to taste.

10. Salt – to taste.

11. Tomatoes – 2 pcs.

Cuckoo CR-0331 Multicooker

Preparation:

1. Peel and divide ribs into portions. Wash rice.

2. Shred the onion in medium slices and cut the bell pepper in half rings.

3. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Chop garlic and herbs.

4. Marinate in a separate bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes and soy sauce to ribs. Allow to stand for 1 hour.

5. using buttons “right” and “left” select “COOKING” program, set time 5 minutes and level 3 of temperature. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the “CLOSED” position. Toasting should be performed with the lid open. Press START button.

6. Roast the ribs until crispy. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix everything .

7. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “MULTI-Cooker” program and set the time – 35.
