Recipes for Multicooker: Shurpa

Today we are going to cook shurpa in a Cuckoo multicooker. For this we choose the program mode – PROP 1. So,

We will need
shourpa

Mutton on a bone – 500 gr.

Potatoes – 5 pcs.

Sweet pepper – 150g.

50 gr tomatoes.

Carrots -150 gr.

Onions – 100 gr.

Garlic – 2 cloves.

Salt, pepper – to taste

Greens -1 bunch

Water – 7 m. tbsp.

Cooking

Cut the onion in half and roast on the gas or in the oven until black gives the flavor of shurpa on the fire . To cook onions in the multicooker, you need to select with the buttons “

“Set the time and temperature to 10 minutes – level 3.

Rinse and cut the meat into 5 pieces.

Split the potatoes into two pieces, the tomatoes into four pieces. Cut carrots in large rings and peppers in large half rings.

Chop the garlic and herbs.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and pour 7 level measuring cups of water.

When boiling is finished, open the lid and remove the onion. Add garlic and herbs to the ready dish.

Note: When cooking in “PROP” program it is not recommended:

Pour the liquid water or broth over the 3 liters mark indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
