Recipes for multicooker: scallops with vegetables

Today we are going to use the Cuckoo Multicooker to make

speckles with vegetables.

For this we choose the program mode

MULTIPOVAR

We will need:

1. Sweet pepper – 100 gr.

2. Cabbage – 150 gr.

3. Onions – 80 gr.

4. Butter the patties – 3 pcs.

5. Tomatoes – 150 gr.

6. Zucchini – 200 gr.

7. Greens parsley, dill, onion – 1 bunch.

8. Hot pepper – to taste.

9. Vegetable Butter. – 2 tbsp.l.

10. Salt – to taste.

Cuckoo CR-1051 Multicooker

Cooking:

1. Dice peppers and cabbage -1.5 h 1.5 cm.

2. Shred the onions in medium slices. Chop the herbs.

3. Slice tomatoes. Cut zucchini into circles.

4. Separate the scallions from each other and wash them.

5. Grease a bowl with butter and put all the ingredients .

6. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select the “MULTI-Cooker” program and set the time and temperature of 25 minutes and 100 degrees Celsius. Press “START” button.

Add the greens to the ready dish.
