Recipes for multicooker: Sauerkraut cabbage soup

Today we are going to cook in a Cuckoo multicooker

Sauerkraut cabbage soup. For this we will choose the program mode “SAIL 1”. So,

We will need

1.Beef on the bone – 350 gr.

Sauerkraut

2.Onion – 70 gr.

3.Carrots – 100 gr.

4.Sour Cabbage – 250g.

5.Tomato paste – 1.5 tbsp.l.

6.Laurel leaf – 1 pc.

7.Buckwheat – 1.5 tbsp.l.

8.Potatoes – 300 gr.

9.Water – 7 m.tbsp.

Cooking

1. Portion the meat. Shred onion and carrots in medium slices. Cut potatoes into cubes 1 .5 h 1.5 cm.

2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add 7 measuring cups of water.

3. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select the “BOIL” program.

4. Press START button.

Note: When cooking the soup in the “Soup” program is not recommended:

Pour the liquid water or broth above the mark of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
