Recipes for multicooker: potato dumplings

Today we’re going to cook with the Cuckoo multicooker

dumplings with potatoes.

For this we select the program mode

STEAMER

We will need:

1. Flour – 2 m.tbsp.

2. Egg – 2 eggs.

3. Water or milk – 0.5m.tbsp.

4. Salt – to taste.

Ingredients for the stuffing:

5. Potatoes – 0.5 kg.

6. Onion – 150 gr.

7. Vegetable oil. – 2 tbsp.l.

8. Pepper to taste.

9. Salt – to taste.

10. Water – 2 m.tbsp.

Cuckoo CR-0331 Multicooker

Preparation:

1. Chop onions finely. Peel and dice potatoes.

2. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “MULTI-Cooker” program, set time to 5 minutes and temperature to 100 degrees. Press “START” button. After cooking, mash.

3. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “COOKING” program and set the time, 4 minutes and 3 temperature level.

4. Fry onion until golden.

5. Mix mashed potatoes with fried onions, add salt and pepper to taste.

6. BATTERY. Knead steep dough for dumplings. Roll out the dough as thin as possible, cut out circles with a notch. Put the filling in the center of each circle and baste.

7. Pour 2 measuring cups of water into the bowl, place the steam plate and place the dumplings on it.

8. Using buttons “Right” and “Left” select “Steam” program, set time and temperature level 2 and 25 minutes. Press “START” button. After cooking, cover and sauté in oil and fried onions.
