Recipes for Multicooker: Piti

Today we are going to cook piti in a Cuckoo multicooker

. For this we choose the program mode – SOUP. So.

We will need

piti

1. Lamb meat – 300 gr.

2. Onions – 100 gr.

3. tomato – 150 gr.

4. Alycha – 4 pc.

5. Potatoes – 200 gr.

6. Peas Nohut – 2 tbsp.l.

7. Peas – 8 – 10 units.

8. Parsley, saffron to taste

9. Salt to taste

.

10. Greens, coriander – to taste

11. Water – 5 m. tbsp.

Cooking

1. Soak the peas overnight in cold water. Place chopped onion, meat, alycha, tomatoes and soaked peas in a bowl. Pour 5 level measuring cup of water.

2. Add potatoes cut in quarters, salt and black pepper.

3. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “SOUP” program. Press “START” button.

4. After the program is finished, season the rice with spices and leave it to stand for 5 minutes.

Note

When cooking in the program “Soup” is not recommended: pour the liquid water or broth above the mark of 3 liters in the bowl of the multicooker.
