Recipes for multicooker: orange sponge cake with citrus zest

Today we are going to cook on a Cuckoo multicooker

Orange biscuit with citrus zest.

For this we choose the program mode

We will need:

1. Flour – 1.5 m.tbsp.

2. Eggs – 6.

3. Sugar – 1 m.tbsp. and 3/4 m.ST.

4. Milk 1.5% – 1 tbsp.l.

5. Butter – 3 tbsp.l.

6. Vanillin 8 grams – 2 packets.

7. Salt – 2 pinches.

8. Orange – 2 units. 300 g.

9. Cheddar – 100 gr.

Cuckoo CR-3021 Multicooker

Preparation:

1. Sieve the flour through a sieve 3 times and season with salt and vanilla.

2. Separate the yolks from the whites.

3. Whisk egg whites for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

4. Add sugar to the whipped whites in three steps.

5. Beat egg whites with sugar for 5 minutes.

6. Then add the yolks and beat for another 3 minutes.

7. When the mass reaches a creamy consistency, add the flour in two steps and stir gently until the lumps disappear.

8. Peel and divide the orange slices.

9. Add milk to the dough 1 tbsp and melted butter 1 tbsp . Spoon and melted butter 1 Tbsp. Spoon orange slices and zest.

10. Grease the bottom and sides of the bowl with a thin layer of oil, then pour the liquid batter into it.

11. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “OVEN” program and set the time, 60 minutes and 3 temperature level. Press “START” button.
