We will need:

1. Lamb – 400 gr.
2. Onions – 150g.
3. Carrots – 150 gr.
4. Potatoes – 2-3 pcs.
5. Tomatoes 4 pcs.
6. Bulgarian pepper – 3 or 4 units.
7. Greens – 1 bundle.
8. Garlic – 3 cloves.
9. Hot pepper – to taste.
10. Salt – to taste.
11. Water – 5 m.ste.
12. Boiled noodles – 500 gr.
13. Oil – 2-3 tbsp.l.
14. Water for noodles – 7 m.tbsp.
Cooking:
1. Peel meat of foil, wash and cut into small pieces.
2. Slice onion and carrot into medium slices.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes
4. Cut peppers in half rings.
5. Cut potatoes into small cubes.
6. Chop garlic and herbs.
7. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “COOKING” program and set the time, 5 minutes and 3 temperature level. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the “CLOSED” position.
Fry with the lid open. Press the “START” button.
8. Fry the meat until golden brown.
9. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add salt, pepper and 5 scales of water.
10. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “MULTI-Cooker” program, set time to 35 minutes and temperature to 100 degrees. Pour the ready dish into a separate bowl.
Add the greens to the ready dish.
Note
Do not use the “soup” cooking program:
– Set the temperature over 100 degrees.
– Pour the liquid water or broth over the mark of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
